An Open Letter to Anyone Interested in the Vista Bay Program
I have served as the Medical Director of long-term rehabilitation centers for over twelve years. I was Director of Criminal Justice Medical Services for Santa Cruz County, and I am also a professional Addictionologist.
I would heartily recommend The VistaBay Program to anyone in need of treatment for substance abuse. I am always eager to support the therapeutic value of the facility’s detoxification program. I have been associated with Vista Bay for several years. In that time, I have had the pleasure to witness hundreds, maybe thousands of addicts, who came to the program sick and broken and left bright eyed and noticeably healthier. Graduating clients leave with a restored ability to contribute to society. VistaBay’s low rate of recidivism further proves the positive effects of The Vista Bay Program.
Based on my professional experience and scientific evaluation, I wholeheartedly recommend and applaud The VistaBay Program without reservation. I will gladly discuss the proponents and benefits of the services provided at the Vista Bay Treatment Center.
Sincerely,
Stephen M. Stein M.D., ABFP, ASAM
I came to Vista Bay in April of '07. I was a drug dealer as well as an addict. I knew the lifestyle I was involved with would either lead me to jail or death.
Not long ago, I honestly thought I was going to die. I was hopelessly addicted to pills, and maybe a few other things. I was so out of it that I really had no idea what I was putting into my body after a while.
